isaiah 40: 28-31

"do you not know? have you not heard? the Lord is the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth. he will not tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. he gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumle and fall; but hose who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

it's gettin closer!!!!!!!!!!!!

we leave in just 4 days!!!!! we are so excited. i've been working on my packing lists and trying to get out of town stuff done, like someone to pickup our mail, get all bills paid, get the van cleaned,..... you know, the stuff that you have to try your best not to go crazy or make your family go crazy in the process of trying to get ready to do something fun. you can almost ruin a great thing just by making everyone miserable in the process of getting everything ready to go. well, i'm sure none of you have that problem, but,me, i have to be very careful.

today is wednesday, better known at our house right now as swim day. we had a blast today. probably the best time yet. the kids are getting more acclimated to the pool (this being our 4th week to go) and they played very well by themselves without holding onto my "skirt." that makes it much better since i have to hold rebekah most all the time we are there. she really likes it too. anna always finds a new friend to play with and micah gets a little more comfortable with the water everytime. today, he was going back and forth through the fountain, something he has never attempted to do, since it reqires getting drenched. he did it over and over again for about an hour. he was very proud of himself, as was i.

well, i need to get back to work now. my love to you all!
