the following is a bunch of pictures in no certain order that catch you up visually on some of the things i have been talking about, but have not actually posted pictures about. i just got them all uploaded on my computer last night for the first time since halloween!! it took a while to say the least. now you get a little sneak peak into the last few months of the morris family.
the greatest highlight of our recent trip to alabama was that my mom and dad came to be with us on friday afternoon, just for the evening and spent the night with us. it was nice to show them around our new hometown and get their opinions on some possible future housing. the kids loved that they got to see family and we look most forward to seeing family more often once we get to alabama!

this is a great shot of my three water bugs while we were in alabama checking out housing during spring break. we were lucky that the hotel the church set us up with had a great indoor/outdoor pool along with hot breakfast in the morning and free soft drinks and snacks in the afternoon. we enjoyed ourselves so much! the pool was pretty deep so there was nowhere the kids could touch, thus the floaties. they actually were both swimming without floaties at the end of the summer last year, but mid winter swimming in a pool that they couldnot touch kinda freaked them both out. i know i will be able to use this as major blackmail on micah in about ten years!!---floaties in a six year old!!

this is the elephant whose ears bekah loves :-)!

this is anna pulling bekah and micah at the zoo during spring break. we had a great time! and even met orlando magic's rashard lewis who was there with his little girl. it was totally cool. did i get his autograph...of course not!

here is micah and bret playing football with the boys at mannings cheerleader/football player birthday party. we all had a great day and were thankful for the beautiful weather!

this is anna at her best friend's cheerleading/ football party. they all had a blast!!
here are my three easter cuties in their easter digs. they felt so pretty and handsome and, let me tell you, they were!!
this was micah's first school project. they had to choose an american symbol and make a model of it in 3-d. then they gave a minispeech about the symbol they chose. micah chose the lincoln memorial. this was it after he brought it home and the wind took the top off. i thought he did a great job!! (although it does look somewhat like lincoln in a jail cell!! hehehehe!!!)
all five us at the alamo. it was such a relaxing little trip! there were reinactments going on htere that day and the kids got a great feel of what it was like during the actual battle. al of our senses were involved in the learning experience.
our little overnight trip to san antonio. here we are at the alamo. we were lucky to get to visit the weekend before micah studied it in class duringa texas history unit. it was a wonderful trip.
this was the culminating moment of anna's birthday adventure. we went shopping at the american girl boutique and bistro. it was so much fun!!
bekah was in tears when it was time to leave because she was convinced she'd be doing triple toe loops before we left. she did NOT want to get off the ice!
daddy and anna ice skating in the middle!
here bekah is blowing out her cupcake tree.
here i go again with the photo turned the worng way. so sorry. you get the picture that they are all looking into the backpack to fing matchin shapes to fill in the empty shapes so they can cross the stepping stones on the way to bekah's party. this was their favorite challenge on the map.
this is bekah's dora's adventure party decorated before her guests arrived.
my apologies for not getting the photo turned correctly. for those of you have not met cooper, this is hime receiving his christmas morning treats! he loves bret sooo much!
this was the inside at christmas. is was so pretty this year. i had my tree on top of a table behind the couch to give it the effect of being a ten foot tree.
this is the outside of our house at christmastime. it was very pretty if i do say so, myself.
this is a good shot of micah playing basketball. he really enjoyed being point guard. he was usually the one dribbling it down the court for our team. i was very proud of hm>
here, you see anna in full performance gear. she really led them in the motions and words. they would have really struggled without her!! hehehe! she did a phenomonal job!
this was our christmas performance at school. they were such good little performers and they made me cry when they sang happy birthday, jesus! it was very special.
well, i'm sorry for the photo being turned horizontally. i tahought i had turned right side up. anyway this is 2007 christmas picture taken at the valley view mall with santa.
this is halloween. micah is john elway from the denver broncos. anna is a cheerleader and bekah is tinkerbell, inspired by her "new do" at that point!
this is anna's class at preschool. they are actually celebrating their harvest party in this picture. we are going to miss our school so much!
this is the promised photo of anna's birthday at the galleria ice rink. the folks with us are our frieds taht live two doors down form us. we aregoing to miss them so much. our children really enjoy one another so much. we adults tolerate one another pretty well, too!these are the brave souls who started ice skating. miss cindy, bekah and i joined them after about 15 minutes of bekah begging to be an "ice princess, too!"
