that is what i am experiencing today. straightened the house this morning early before everyone was up. put on a pot of coffee.....indulged in my new bottle of coffe mate's peppermint mocha. cool and sunny outside. bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy for liesure breakfast at 9. kids playing, the aroma of tonight's ham filling the air. no trains to catch, no errands to run.
i've been working on several craft projects today and last night. i painted two buckets and decorated them. i made a diaper wipes box and two wall hangings for my future nieces. i also made some burp clothes and am currently sanding the girls table and chairs and priming it. the girls are enjoying a nap while subconsciously listening to lullabies, curtains drawn. micah is playing computer with disney channel in the back ground. everyone is content and RELAXING!! i love this day! may your days be filled with simple luxuries as well!
